The author of the logo we have selected for the Moravian Holocaust Documentation Centre is Vít Rýznar (www.reasonar.com).

He explained:
The triangle was a Nazi concentration camp badge marking the prisoners. It was a symbol of inferiority, a symbol of the tragedy of millions of people despised by a perverted ideology. A symbol that we have decided to convert into the MHDC logo as a sad memento of the 20th century… At the same time, we have ‚smashed‘ it into the shape of a dove, a symbol of freedom, in the hope that such a tragedy never happens again.
